Your personal information is obtained once you download the app and an account is created in order to use the app.

Your personal data is used because we wish to provide our customers with the best service. Without your personal data this is not possible. Your personal data is used to process orders, to process feedback regarding the ordering process or to carry out other tasks regarding our business activities. You will only receive newsletters, push notifications and mailings if you have given your permission. It is always possible to withdraw your permission. We do not use automated decision-making.
7. How long do we store your personal data?
Your personal data is stored as long as permitted by law and as long as necessary for the purpose for which we use your personal data. For example, for as long as you are our customer, your personal data will be stored for the statutory retention period of seven years. Please send your request or complaint to: info@temafinefoods.com. Your request or complaint wil be processed within 30 days. More time might be needed if multiple requests or complaints are submitted or in case the request or complaint is complex. In that case, you will be contacted within 60 days. We may ask you to identify yourself. In that case, we will request information about you to ensure that you are the correct person to whom the personal data belongs.
